  1. The Rapid COVID-19 Antibody Test Kit

What is it? The Rapid COVID-19 Antibody Test is an easy-to-use complete testing kit designed to identify coronavirus antibodies detected in the blood. Antibodies are our immune system’s response to fighting infection and the presence of them indicates contact with diseases and infection, in this case COVID-19. This fool-proof test requires no professional equipment or training to deliver accurate results in as little as 10 minutes and can diagnose infection in users before the appearance of noticeable symptoms. With an accuracy of 97.8% (IgM) and 99.6% (IgG), the Rapid COVID-19 Antibody Test kit can assist in the control of viral transmissions by determining infection in the user before they have a chance to pass the virus on. Our COVID-19 home test kit provides comfort and security to those who before now would not have easy access to coronavirus testing.

How does it work? As stated above, the Rapid COVID-19 Antibody Test has been developed to identify coronavirus antibodies in the user’s blood, thus providing evidence of contact with the virus. By taking a small sample of blood from the finger of the user, the test will indicate whether they currently have COVID without symptoms, or have contracted the virus previously.

  1. The Rapid COVID-19 Antigen Test Kit

What is it? Like those used by the NHS in their official testing sites, the Rapid COVID-19 Antigen Test kit is our second quick, easy and accurate home test for coronavirus. Able to reveal whether or not the user is currently infected with COVID, this test gives results in as little as 15 minutes, displaying a simple YES/NO answer almost immediately and allowing for swift patient treatment decisions to be made. The Antigen Test Kit uses a simple nasal and throat swab to gather an antigen sample, used to determine the presence of COVID-19 proteins and, like the antibody test above, requires no professional equipment or expertise to use. By instantly informing the user of their COVID status, this antigen test is essential in decreasing the spread of cornanvirus by putting control back into the hands of the user for swift isolation or further medical treatment if necessary.

How does it work? The swab collects samples from both the oropharyngeal (around the tonsils) and nasopharyngeal (nose) area, which is then placed into a special virus-detection solution for up to 15 minutes before a diagnoses is given. The antigen test works by detecting nucleocapsid protein (a part of the COVID-19 virus) within the user’s body to determine whether they are currently infected.
